Kashmir and New Delhi.

Questions raised :

  1. According to some intelligent experts, everything bad in kashmir is due to indian army and anything bad that happens there is somehow related to them . Army kills their own men , they kill innocent kashmiri all the time. But all the positive things about kashmir comes from their beloved neighbors and kashmiri militants who give roses to every army men they meet.
  2. Being against a government is totally understandable but being against your own nation is uncalled for. Even then lets just say you are against the nation. Then why take use of services provided by the nation. If you are against it then boycott it totally, what kind of rebellion is this. Studying at different part of india just to post against india itself?
  3. And what about those who were crying their heart out when 370 was removed and day by day incidences in Kashmir. No words about the recent killing of kashmiri sarpanch pandit.

Answers :

  1. Our hatred for the army is a product of decades of their conduct with us. They have sown the seeds of hatred and now are witnessing the might of the tree. They have injected hatred into our veins and keep harnessing this hatred time and time again.

The mere presence of the personel in the valley is an element of subjugation and deceit. The presence of “Border Reserve Force” at my doorstep is one hell of an explainer of the subjugation.
Their manifest presence in the valley symbolises something ; Deceit.

An alive heart can never turn eyes blind to Kunan-Poshpora, Gawkadal Massacre, Sopore Massacre and many more. The tongue doesn’t know words as to narrate the valour of Army. Infact words have felt short since the day they landed in the valley.

  1. First of all considering India as the mother nation of Kashmir is a political as well historical misconception. This historical correctness needs to be sorted asap because Kashmir existed way before “India”. Technically there is no relationship between “India” and “Kashmir” other than subjugation.
We have been same, no matter whose government is in charge. We have been resisting for more than 70 years now. Our narratives never changed and were blunt irrespective of the party ruling India.

Coming to the 2nd point, one thing that irritates me most is the use of narrative “use of services provided by the nation, passport etc” by people who have been in our shoes and have been subjugated once.
India has been free for mere 73 years yet they have forgotten about their struggle and code of conduct that their pioneers have used. India has had British passport. Infact Indians have represented “British India” internationally back then. Our struggle is totally analogous to that of India, thus shouldn’t be a tough subject to learn for the people who have faced the things already.
Talking about the height of the services that Indians availed during British time i am vividly reminded of Jallianwala Bagh Massacre. As a matter of fact, “Indians” fired the bullets at Jallianwala Bagh on the orders of Dyer. So please stop lecturing us about the “services” that we avail.
Hearing these narratives from the educated youth and thinkers of India is totally disheartening. They purposely turn blind to the things that are quite visible.

  1. The recent killing of Pandit has been purposely given a communal spin by spin doctors. Sarpanchs have been on the radar of the extremists irrespective of their religion. Before the killing of pandit, many more have been already killed whose death was never talked about unlike the “Pandit Sarpanchs”killing. You can look surely for a thorn in a garden full of roses.
We have been as true as life to Indians, but they have always turned their back on us. They have never felt the pain that we have to go through every other day.
