This name puts every other guy here, on the social media, in the dock.
Letting people know how we are suffering, how we are doing,how things are going in Kashmir is the new resistance. What do u think? The world doesn’t know? How we are doing? How things are going? The UNITED NATIONS doesn’t know? The PEACE MAKERS don’t know? Or is it just that they need massacres to act on? Ironically, we have had dozens of them too.
The truth is crude. Whatsoever we are seeking is not free. It doesn’t work like that in 21st century. International help is fickle and definitely not free. And a deeper touch to it, As Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan says “ Hum apki shikayat karte h aap hi ce” . This is beyond comprehension for some.
The futility of international cry out is evident. You cannot make them do something! That’s how it is.
Lets, for a second, assume that India lets the handcuffs loose tomorrow,
What do u think, if they lift the curfew, if they lift the blockade, will that be any solution to a 7 decade long conflict? Absolutely NO!
I see no space for an argument. For there is blood on the table we talk. Our blood. Sacred blood.
So, You want to know, what’s left then, what’s the refuge?

I am a staunch believer of peace. And this is the peace! Its how i see it. How Manan saw it, how Dr. Rafi saw it , how Burhan saw it, how Dr. Sabzar saw it, how Er. Basit Rasool saw it, how Dr. Aijaz saw it!
And it is the Peace, seen by the likes of Shaheed Ishfaq Majeed Wani, Shaheed Maqbool Bhat. The unsung heroes of the valley whose bodies were buried back then but their names are inscribed on the walls of our heart. AZADI.
